We have 12 exciting monthly tasks along with a few surprise bonus challenges designed to test your skills and make up for the late start!

**Earn Your Status:** As you complete challenges, you'll accumulate tiered certificates to showcase your hard work:

- **Basic:** 1–3 challenges completed
- **Intermediate:** 4–8 challenges completed
- **Advanced:** 9–12 challenges completed
- **Master:** Complete all 12 challenges plus all bonus challenges!

**How to Log:**

- **On-Air:** All contacts MUST be logged or uploaded to the TARA Logger for verification.
- **In-Person/Off-Air Challenges:** We will provide specific instructions for each event on how to submit your participation.
